The reservations/purchases are made on a first come first serve basis. 

​​

(Each week consists of 4 days with classes held on Monday-Thursday with 7 available time slots.  Note: 12:30 p.m. – 1:20 p.m. class is held on Monday-Wednesday only. On Thursday, any open class may be attended. (You may only choose 1 time slot.))

*If a class falls on a holiday or there is more than a 15-minute delay in the schedule, a makeup class will be scheduled.

Regular Class Times   

5:10 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.

6:10 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

  7:10 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

8:10 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

12:30 p.m. – 1:20 p.m. (Monday-Wednesday only.  On Thursday, any open class may be attended.)

5:40 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

6:40 p.m – 7:30 p.m.
